What Can Be Done To Improve The Left Ventricular Function?

Hi, my brother had a mild stroke two weeks ago, his speech is blurry and he is unable to make a fist. He is diabetic and hypertensive. He did a echocardigram and the result was not good, the result showed his left ventricular and left atrium were not doing the work that they are supposed to do. He is currently taking stamlo, frusemide, clopidogrel, furomet, spironolactone and levolet. Do you think that their is anything that can be done for him. Thank you as I await your response.

HI'
Thank for asking to HCM'
Looking to the history given here this seems a case of cerebral stroke, if the echo is suggestive of dysfunction or impaired Left ventricular function then correcting the underlying cause is the matter, for the stroke physiotherapy is the best option and for the cardiac function, the cardiac rehabilitation is the option, hope this information helps you have nice day.
