What Can Be Done To Reduce SGPT?

Sir this is Taimur Ahmad and 22 year old
My SGPT level is 65 and bilrubin level is 1.4.
my weight is 75 and want to decrease weight also if it is not normal and want to decrease sgpt as well as bilirubin.
Kindly suggest me how to decrease it till 40 in 10 days

Thanks for writing to HCM

Increased SGPT indicates liver injury.Bilirubin level is also increased.It is important to know lipid profile and viral markers.Ultrasound of abdomen should also be done.
You should take tablet Ursodeoxycholic acid 300 mg twice daily for three months.It will help in regeneration of liver cells.
You should avoid red meat and high fat milk products.
You should avoid alcohol if you take it.
