As per your statement he seems to be suffering from angina.means walls of the heart is not getting blood supply and there is some problem with the vessels that supply blood to heart. He has to take medicines regularly, have healthy diet, regular exercise as permitted by his doctor. If he is not relived of pain and symptoms even with medication then your doctor might consider angoigram that is study of vessels of heart and further treatment as per the report.
