What Can Be The Alternative Medicine For Fever And Body Ache?

Hi, I have low grade fever, heavy head, body ache. My fever is comes and goes since yesterday. Yesterday i had beside them, sore throat as well. Please suggest me any natural remedy and what could this be. It all started after i had a tub of ice cream and hot green tea,just after ice cream. I stay in Switzerland, and has no pharmacy open at this hour except hospital, which is very far from home. Debashree Ganguly, Fribourg,Switzerland.

okay better take rest for the day. Make some ginger tea and take it twice or thrice a time.
do gargling with salt warm water every 4th hour.
take steaming with eucalyputus oil.
do monitor your temperature.
