What Can Be The Cause For Severe Pain In The Chest?

Good evening sir....
im suffering the severe pain in my chest and mid stomech part around but not exact stomach, the pain is not the continous pain but it just happens when i eat or drink means when i swallow smthng inn.... sir it pains alot for more than a minute and i take more than half hour to eat even a small quantity of food.... please help me

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) is more.
It is due to laxity of gastroesophageal sphincter. Because of this the acid of the stomach tends to come up in the esophagus and cause the symptoms of Central chest pain.
So follow these steps for better symptomatic relief.
1. Avoid stress and tension. Avoid hot and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
2. Avoid large meals, instead take frequent small meals.
3. Take proton pump inhibitors and prokinetic drugs.
4. Go for walking after meals. Quit smoking and alcohol if you have these habits.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
