Hi, I have diabetes and am on met/glib, januvia, and just started lev emir & novo log. My sugars are very high my lowest being 257. Anyway, when I wake up my husband tells me my face is very swollen, I m 40 but have severe acne, I m always tired even after sleeping all night. I just can t get out of my own way. I muscle spasms not just in my legs but sometimes in my stomached. My memory is shot. I tell myself I m going to do something like pay a bill make an appointment I write it down too but it doesn t get done. I often get confused and forgetful. Sometimes I get temple pain. I also get very agitated it seems for no reason. My thigh and fingers feel numb and prickly. I can t even peel potatoes without a shooting pain. I m loosing my hair and when I have my period it s very very heavy. I can t consitrate.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe acne on face since 5 to 6 years which is mainly due to clogging of skin pores. It could be due to postinflammatory hyper-pigmentation. I would suggest you to start applying mashed potatoes on your skin and keep it for 10-15 mins 2 times a day. You should avoid exposure to oily, greasy and sharp food substances. Drink plenty of water. Don't use ant cosmetics and hard substances on face. Apply vitamin E oil at night. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined and go for micro-peeling and dermabrasion. You can apply aloe vera gel on them as well. Apply cotton dipped in tea tree oil and apply them on scars. Wash your skin 2-3 times a day with mild soap and warm water to prevent the accumulation of oil ,dust and bacteria on your skin.Take diet rich in vitamin E.
