Psychiatrist 's  Response
hi dear,
not having sleep just for one night is not a problem so first of all not to worry about it and remain calm as if you worry then you might have sleep problem for next night also.
not having sleep for one night may be due to worry or any excitement or any medical illness. is there any thing happen on that day?
sometimes due to any substance use also not getting sleep?
for better counselling consult any psychiatrist.
Thank you
