What Can Be The Painful Red Wounds On My Penis?

i am bidyapati bindhani at bbsr and suffers sexual disease. that is red wounds in front of urethra in penis glans or head of penis near secretion of urin . two small red wounds gives pain all time . and also heads of penis is very large. please sir you suggest me

Well come to HCM
Fungal infection may be very likely and this can be well manage with "Miconazole cream and Povidone Iodine ointment" apply this three time times in day wait for some time if this does not got alright then you need to get done the clinical examination, hope this information helps, take care.
