What Can Be The Popping Sound Down My Back?

fell on my lower left side and had extreme pain down my tailbone which indicated muscle spasm. pain is a bit better now after taking some flexeril and naproxen but now i still hear a popping sound down my back or may be my hip i can t tell but i hear the popping sound whenver i raise my left leg up????

I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here the popping sound that you heard could be due to the soft tissue inflammation and the sometime blood clot also produces such sound, in my opinion the best way to rule out this is investigations, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
