What Can Be The Reason For A Pain In Fallopian Side And Back?

Two weeks ago I had spotting which was pink/brownish in color, I am having tummy cramps usually my right Fallopian side and lower back pains. My period was due on the 18th of this month but no period as yet. I took a test an it was negative- do you know what this could be?

I had gone through the case and I will advice you to go for ultrasound of lower abdomen to find out the cause of problem.It might be uterine cyst or ovarian cyst or hormonal imbalance.So do not worry .Find the correct diagnosis and get the correct treatment.Hope you will be satisfied with the answer.
