Hi,

You seem to have lichen urticatus also known as papular urticaria. It may be the result of hypersensitivity reaction to insects bite like bedbug,flea,mosquito..etc. There may be severely pruritic papulovesicular eruptions more on extremities. And the lesions may increase in numbers and may spread to other parts. The lesions may be secondarily infected. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. Antihistaminics like levocetirizine, steroids in tappering dose and antibiotics may be taken. And apply mild steroid cream with antibiotic on the lesions. However, you consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and treatment. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
