What Can Be The Reason For Swelling And Pain In The Elbow?

Hi I have been having really bad pain in my left elbow and it got to the point where it was burning and I couldnt move my arm so I figured maybe it was the way I slept the night before but now I have red swellings (like tiny red bruises in clusters) all over my arm and whever they are touched it hurts. It is getting hard to hold on to things & I have tingling burning sensations down my arm. Now it also in the other arm and the red swellings are spreading on both arms but they dont itch just are hot and burn and are sore.
