What Can Be The Reason For The Burning Sensation And Discomfort In The Vagina?

im 26 years old,6ft tall ,160lbs,3 months ago had a dnc and laparoscopy-cyst on left ovary was drained.have had a csection years ago.out of the blue the outside of my vagina started burning,i havent taken any medication.then several hours later i kept feeling like the outside of my vagina had shrunk.when i went in to exam with a mirror i noticed that in those couple of hours that my outer labia had shrunk significantly and lost totally elasticity, and my inner labia seems longer and the tissue around my clitoris seems stretched, and the hole to the inside of my vagina seems larger and the skin below the whole looks thinner.i went to er and they said it looks ok and then took cultures however to look at it from my point it doesnt look rite.the burning has eased up on the outer vagina but im still experiencing discomfort on the inside and i havent had sex for 4 weeks?they put me on clindamycin but nothing else.
