What Can Be The Reason For The Pain In The Breast During Periods?

Hello Doctor,

I m 33 years old,i found fibroadenoma after conculting to doctor, as per his advice i had done memographi and i had all ready remove that portion form the breast thourgh operation,but i am still suffering a problem like lot of pain in breast and i had a continious fever when i am in period. Just i want to know is it a cancer or not? what should i take a prection for that. just let me know in detail or breif. Can i live normal life.
