What Can Be The Reason For Vaginal Pain And Fatigue?

Copper T was inserted 2 years ago for me after my first delivery.. Though initially there were few irregularities in my periods, It was all regular for the past 6 mnths. But now, for a week I am suffering from fatigue and severe vaginal paining started two days back. Also my urination has increased to a frequency of every 1 hour followed severe vaginal pain.
