What Can Be Used To Treat Small Spot On Forehead Which Bleeds?

I have a small spot on my forhead about a quarter of an inch diameter that seems to be healing but then starts to bleed and then the process starts all over again, its been there a few months now and i cant remember how it started,tried various creams and tcp etc.

It could be a pyogenic granuloma. If so, it needs to be cauterized.
