What Can Cause A Lower Abdomen Pain With A Personal History Of Ectopic Pregnancy?

i have had an ectopic pregnancy b4 maybe about 11 years ago to whick i now suffer from adhesions
however i have not had any bother with this for the past year
over the last week i have been suffering pain in my lower abdomen even been feeling a bit sick now and then
but i started my period on thursday and it is stoppin already do you think this can be anything to worry about thank you

This pain may not be related to ectopic pregnancy , can be due to dysmenorrhea or colitis , so start taking antispasmodic tablet along with pantoprazole course.
