What Can Cause A Person To Feel Nausea And Puke After Having Tried Smoking For The First Time?

After smoking my first cigarette of the day i went back inside and immediatly experience light headed then stared nausea i went to my bathroom floor and atarted puking my whole body was week my ears were burning up my head is burning up this lasted for 15 mintutes it only happened once before last year

This happened because your body is not used to smoking and could not tolerate the sudden rush of nicotine. The symptoms that you had are those of nicotine overdose. You will notice that with regular use, the symptoms will gradually go away, but this will actually indicate that you have developed tolerance to nicotine and are on the way to becoming addicted. I would suggest that you avoid smoking for ever. It has nothing to offer but harm.
