What Can Cause A Shock Feeling In Shoulder?

hi im 14 and i get a shock feeling in my shoulder. but it lasts 2sics iv had it for years but i get it more now. im asking becuse the other peole like this have more pain. for me i just freeze i thot i was pinshing a nerve but is it ok to have it evey day.
