What Can Cause A Throat Obstruction Sensation?

Hi, I'm 19 and recently when breathing it feels like I have a dust or something in my throat/lungs, but I don't. It causes me to cough for a while. Any idea what might it be?Also, separately, I've had this feeling twice now where around my Kidney area it feels like there is a sort of short and sharp squeezing pain?

First symptoms suggestive of acute pharyngitis case. For that levocetirizine tablet can be prescribed. Salt water gargle has done with warm water three times a day. Drink more water. Avoid excess spicy foods. For pain in the kidney area, ultrasound abdomen scan should be done. According to the examination if needed further work up planned. Consult a physician for examination.
