Hello dear
Understand your concern
If you had abortion by surgical method (not clear from history), bleeding occurs minimal for 2-3 days. If you did abortion by medical pills, bleeding occurs for 3-5 days.
If bleeding will occur after 7 days (again not clear from your history), it is not normal. Abdominal pain occur due to uterine contraction during medical abortion pill use and mild during surgical abortion as uterus going to its normal state but it will up to 4-5 days. But pain after 7 days is not normal and its suggest retain product of conception.
Brown discharge after 7 days again suggest incomplete abortion. Brown color because of bleeding will remain in the uterus for some time and than it will expels out.
So you should consult the gynecologist and go for
USG scan to diagnose: incomplete abortion (treated by misoprostol or D & C.), ectopic pregnancy (Chance is less but if there it should be treated by surgery )and molar pregnancy (treated by surgery and chemotherapy)
Swab test to diagnose infections (treatment is antibiotic course) as it cause brown discharge and pain.
Hope this may help you
