What Can Cause Bone Shrinking?

everything in my insides feel like they are shrinking and I'm a lot sensitive now a days! My bones bother me a lot like I'm losing bone mass. My vagina and the pubic bone has been shrinking. It sometimes get so hot like its almost burning, I always feel twitches in almost every part of my body which is the muscles like heart beats whiches weird! I feel weird pinches in my abdomen sometimes and it feels like my insides are trying to close in... I forgot to mention... I have gum disease, I'm lactose n tolerant, more issue's while I'm trying to sleep and sometimes have a hard time breathing!
