What Can Cause Brown Vaginal Spotting Along With Nausea And Dizziness?

My period was due 25th may but got brown spotting 11th May and I’ve been nauseas on and off and been quite dizzy and then I had random specks and cramps just for one day and then the day after that I had normal discharge with brown specks in again with no cramps I’m so confused .

Irregular spotting can be due to pregnancy or hormonal disturbance. I will suggest you to get a urine pregnancy test done to confirm the diagnosis.
