What Can Cause Burning And Pain In Ears And Difficulty In Swallowing?

i have recently been in a motor vehicle accident and have been having physio on my neck. some 20 years ago i was diagnosed with RSDS which remains with me today. After my physio on my neck i experienced burning in my right ear. I now have it in both ears and in my jaw it is hard to swallow and talk.this has been present now for 6 days the pain is intense.is it possible to get rsds or crps in the ears
