Hello, It seems that you are suffering from gastro-oesophageal reflux disease commonly known as acid reflux and it leads to reflux of acid from stomach to food pipe and throat, and it leads to inflammation of food pipe and throat leading to heartburn, throat irritation, and feeling of something stuck in the throat. I would suggest you to continue taking Acid DSR [Omeprazole and Domperidone] and along with it take H2 blockers like Ranitidine, antacids like milk of magnesia, avoid spicy and acidic foods, take small frequent meals, do moderate workout, take walk after meals, drink plenty of water, lose weight if you are obese, sleep with head slightly raised or recline in left lateral position.
