What Can Cause Changes In Cyst In Uterus Change Its Size?

Hi my question I had a ultrasound done I have a cyst but in June in the ultrasound they did it measured right 1.93×1.42×2.40 cm total volume 3.42 left 4.6×3.0×4.2 cm total volume 31.9 in July I went on the 11th I just got results and says my uterus mesu.7.75×4.21×5.05 cm right ovar. 3.4×2.4×2.1 cm there is a1.7.×1.6 complex cyst left ovar. 3.1×2.0×2.7 cm and multiple small follicular cyst. What does it mean did it go down or grew please help.
