Dear Sir/ Madam
Thanks for writing to us.
1. a fluttering of chest is most likely due to a rhythm disturbance of heart. At this age atrial fibrillation is most common cause for same but it needs to be confirmed form ECG at time of episode. Once the rhythm disorder is diagnosed, further workup can be done. Thyroid conditions also predispose to same.
For digestion problems, see your thyroid levels. If they are normal, need to see a gastric specialist.
Sincerely
Sukghvinder
