What Can Cause Circular Scabs On Lower Back And Nostril?

My 20 month old daughter has a perfect circle scab even in color on her lower back on the spine. And now she has one on her nostril. They are perfect circles. Should I be concerned I don t know.how they got there either, she woke up with the one on her nose saturday. The one on her lower back was there Thursday night.

Hi.
As per your case history your maybe suffering from tinea corporis (fungal infection) or nummular eczema.
My treatment advice -
1. Don't apply any home remedial preparation on that part or any triple combination cream.
2. Apply an anti-fungal cream like clotrimazole cream twice daily.
3. If lesion persists it is better to consult a dermatologist for perfect
diagnosis and treatment
