What Can Cause Clitoris To Turn White And Shrink In Size?

I am a 63 year old with lung disease among other health issues. I have not had sex with my husband anymore due to atrophy of my vagina. I am constantly on strong antibiotics for lung infections which cause serious thrush outbreaks both orally and below resulting in break down of tissue in that area.. I have noticed my clitoris has turned white and shrunk in size. I am 5 mth into a 6 mth course of ciproflaxin. Is any of this information related to my white clitoris.
