What Can Cause Cretanin Level To Be In Border Line?

sir i am taking losacar a and zabesta 2.5mg in the morning and losacar 50mg and zabesta 2.5 in the evening for long time now my blood urea is 12 and the cretnin level is gone to upper side means 1.16 (normal values of cretnin is 1.20) please suggest me why my cretanin level is gone to border line.

Thanks for asking.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Creatinine level is only mildly elevated and this level usually do not point towards any renal pathology.
2. Increased muscle mass or a protein rich diet can cause increased creatinine.
3. Any level above 2 is significant. If you have any doubts, get a glomerular filtration rate test done, which should be definitely normal for you. Continue with regular intake of medications and maintain blood pressure within the normal range to avoid any damage to kidney.
