What Can Cause Delay In Periods?

I had missed my periods for a month then i took gynaecosid but still I dint attend. I thereafter decided to take primolut n tabs. Its now two months and Iv not seen my periods till now. Can my baby be born dead? if yes how can I eliminet it? Pliz help me out. Winney
