What Can Cause Dizziness Along With High BP And Elevated Heart Rate?

I was taken to ER by EMS today due to feeling like I was passing out and fading and had heart rate of 167 and BP of 156/98 and I have never had that in past. I am 52 yo female with no previous health issues and also a nurse. ER doc said that EMS had reported runs of b tach before arrival Saw left bundle branch block that was not seen on EKG in 2014. They have me iV fluids and sent me home I am scared now and confused
