What Can Cause Early Menstrual Bleeding?

I have been taking tri-cyclin lo for the past 6 years and I have never had any issues. A couple of days ago I started bleeding and I am not supposed to get my period for another week. Also, I joined herbal magic at the beginning of the month and have lost 16.5lbs so far. I am so worried, please help!
