What Can Cause Erectile Dysfunction In 31 Years Old Male?

hi my husband is 31 years old,is it normal that he has difficulty in developing an erection and maintaining an erection?when we have sex his erection is weak at times and its so difficult for him to erect,why?is this normal?is it psychological?He say he loves me,or is it just that he is tired of playing basketball?does playing basketball affects his erection at age 31?Or is it just me am I not sexy enough?I have 2 children we have been married for 10yrs now,i just recently came from abroad for I worked there for 5years.When I just arrived he had a hard erection now that I am here for a month now we have experienced this problem.Is it normal that a 31 years old may have difficulty of erection and what are probable causes?Please enlighten me cause it bothers me..thank you.

Based on what you have described I would say that your husband has secondary Erectile Dysfunction mostly Psychogenic in origin .

Both of you need to consult qualified Psychiatrist for counselling Following measure will help him to boost up his confidence and getting good erection.and delay ejaculation.
1) Practice regular exercise for 45 minutes followed by meditation for 1/2 an hour in the morning.
2) Take high protein diet rich in vegetables and fruits and Vitamin A,C,D,E.and Zinc
3)Take anti oxidants like Almonds 5-6 everyday..
4) Avoid alcohol and smoking.

Taking Sildenafil (Viagra)as on demand will help to get good hard sustainable erection and to have enjoyable sex.
