What Can Cause Fatigue And Oversleep?

Hi I have been feeling so tired and very sleep of late, I can sleep from 9pm to 8am next day. I also feel dizzy at times . What could be the problem? I wake up and I feel like I have not slept enough. Though I do wake up around 3 am and go back to sleep

i am happy if i can know some more details from you.weather your appetite good or not, weather you are feeling lack of energy, you have cold intolerance or taking any medications? i am suspecious weather you are suffering from depression. but also need to exclude physical illnesses such as hypothyrodism , diabetics , electrolyte imbalance and drug side effects. so please consult a family physician or general physician. he will take good history , examination and appropriate investigations and treat you.
