General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests sounds to be a non-specific presentation of underlying congestion or so forth.

However, a thorough clinical examination to check the air entry in the lungs and other vital parameters is needed to guide further.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel,
General Surgeon
