What Can Cause Frequent Plaque At Brain?

hi I'm 43yrs old woman, I had 4 times bilateral visual field defect at past three years which last 20-40 min. I had positive family history for Cadazil syndrome. I have frequent plaque at brain pericollosal and collosal are and some small plaque at pons. I don'nt have any other problem. TCD and Carotid and vertebrat sonography and TEE all were normal. Some Neurologist believe in Migraine aura without headache and some believe in MS. What sould I do? Thanks
