before i even get out of my bed this morning, my head was spinning. it has already been 6 hours and i still feel giddy. i feel bloated and nausea . im a married 27 yrs old female with PCOS.

It could be Neuroniitis. Meet with a good ENT surgeon or a Neurotologist.
