I can understand your concern. Your headache and all symptoms are due to exam
stress and
mental fatigue. You can get some relief by following few tips at home
: Avoid mental stress. Do not think too much about exam
: Daily sleep for 8 hours at least
: Do some Yoga/exercise daily
: Daily play for some time
: You can take
Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription

Head massage : Eat light food before going sleep. But do not keep yourself hungry. It will reduce your craving for sugary food.
: Discuss your problems with friends or family.
: If you are using glasses, please wear them while reading
