What Can Cause Irregular Periods?

Hey I'm a 23 year old mother to a one year old but my concer is dat i didn't cum on dis month i was haveing light bleeding on da 21 then again on da 30 but nothing else no more blood n its been now a month n three days no bleeding n bad heartburn n bad headachs please help
