What Can Cause Itchy Black Colored Scar On Forehead And All Over Neck And Arms?

Good day.I have a very itchy, scar-black in color caused on my forehead and all over the neck and on my arms I think I have a plaque psoriasis and its been almost 5 months from now, my dermatologist said I have an asthma allergy and gave me Anti-bacterial-Stafloxin 500mg, Iterax and Foskina B then after a few it re occur. What will I do?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having photolichenoid eczema.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin c supplement once daily for 3 months.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
