What Can Cause Knee Pain And How To Cure It?

hi my knee started to hurt for no reason i have done nothign to it.. its very painful to the point i cant get out of bed it started at the back of my knee and now moved to under my knee cap it is also a bit swollen i cant bend it it hurts way too much im trying to rest right now but that is not helping what could this be?
