What Can Cause Loss Of Appetite After Delivery Of Child?

I am 18 and a female. I had a baby almost 2 months ago. I have been dizzy, felt nauseous, had more headaches, have pain in the left side of my stomach, have sudden diarrhea, feel hungry all the time, feel a pressure on my throat sometimes when breathing or swallowing and whenever I eat I always feel like not wanting to eat anymore ( full feeling) even though I am still starving. Please help.

Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. I would also like to know if you had a normal vaginal delivery, if you are lactating, are on any specific medication or had any antenatal or delivery complications. Your symptoms point to a possible general malnutrition, anemia, irritable bowel and some puerperal stress. An infection of the gastrointestinal tract also has to be ruled out and if present, appropriately treated. Anemia, if any, should be corrected. Parenteral therapy is ideal at this stage as you may not tolerate oral medication. Hope you find this information useful. Take care.
