What Can Cause Lump On Both Eyes After Taking Meth?

.iam 25 years old male and wieghs 54 kg and i smoked meth for like a week time and i hav no issues much other than dry mouth ..last day i smoked some meth bought from another guy ,,which made me so down and the other before meth made me active....anyways whole night i smiked and dint sleep for 2 days,,,,,now iam like super tired and i noticed a lump each on my both eyes on the inner inetrion side..why is that happnd......and also feel like smiking..is that meth i took last day adultrated...any other side effects of using those adultrate dones??
