What Can Cause Lumps And Pain In Legs?

I have been having a lot of pain in my lower legs but the pain is centered in the front lower part my doc has no idea. I am 35 yrs female , over weight and having this pain has worsened the matter i am now 255 lbs . i have passed a scan xray seen the neuraligest no one seems to understand why. on my right lower leg the is like a slight hole and on my left there are several lumps brusing my two legs are very painful and the pain worstens when my legs are lifted. what can it be my doc is now sending me to see the dermotoligesta nd still waiting to pass a mri. can you shed any light on my problem?
