What Can Cause Meatus To Swell Up In An Unexpected Erection? Is It Related To Masturbation?

Hi, I am a 23 year old male and 3 days ago I woke up with an erection and noticed that my meatus was swollen(puffed) and reddish. I went to the bathroom and after I urinated it turned back to normal. I had unprotected sex about 10 days before I noticed this. I masturbated today and during ejaculation and pre-cum stage the meatus swelled (puffed) up again, then after went back to normal. I do not have any issues urinating, no pain, no rashes, just a swelled up meatus during those two stages what could cause this? An answer to this would be very much appreciated thank you I did my best at explaining my situation.

HI . There is nothing to worry about swollen meatus. Avoid masturbation for a week and never have unprotected sex. As you have no other symptoms , just do not worry at the moment. You can come back with a question if your problem is not soled within a week.
