What Can Cause Nausea And Tiredness?

I've been feeling sick for a while(nausea, tired easily, pain in lower abdomen, headaches, back aches, and dizzy spells) also I tried to get pregnant last month but then 3 days ago I think I got my period but it was very heavy and ended today. I don't know what it was or why I feel like this, can you help?

Hi,
I understand your concern.
The symptoms you got before your heavy period can be due to-
- premenstrual tension.
- Early conception & expulsion of an nonviable pregnancy in form of heavy periods. There is nothing to bother if the bleeding stops completely on it's own. If not need to consult a gynecologist.
