What Can Cause Numbness In Body With Pounding Heart?

Yea, while I'm laying down getting ready to go to sleep, I've has something crazy happen on 2 occasions, I get completley paralyzed, can't talk or move and I try to open my eyes wide or make noises w my throat to alert my husband, but it lasts maybe a minute and its scary, ojce I can move and talk again my hands are tingly and burning and my heart is pounding?? What causes that? I have done cocaine latley but I used to all the time when I was a teen
