What Can Cause Numbness In The Feet And Legs, Without Any Injuries?

Yes thank you. I have an active almost 5 year old boy. He is complaining that his feet and legs have been tingling as if they have fallen asleep. No bruising or injuries on his legs. He has bee saying this for the past 3-4 days and at least twice a day.

Hello Dear

Thanks for writing to HCM

You will have to take into consideration a few things like the physicial health of the child, posture in which he sits, time and occurance of numbness.
First factor can be related to this problem as poorely nutriotned children have a low blood count and volume as well, so due to weakness this type of complaints are common.
Sitting postures or long duration sits can obstruct blood flow to legs which may cause numbness.
If there is a particular time or position in which numbness occurs please let us know.
Increasing nutritional value, proper excercises and vitamins like b complex, and multi mineral preprations shall help in balacing all this.
Please give your child a proper nutritional suppliment valable at your place.

Hope that helps
Thanks
