What Can Cause Numbness On The Right Side Of The Body Along With Nausea And Migraine?

Hi, I’ve been having weird things happen to me. A week ago, I got home from school and my right foot started to go numb like it was asleep. But instead of just waking up, my whole right side of my body went numb. Including both feet and both hands. I experienced muscle weakness, my legs and arms were heavy. Then it went to my head and I was stuttering, losing what I was saying, big tongue. This happened again 3 days later and I went to the emergency room. All they told me after doing an MRI was that I have gliosis. And I’ve had reoccurring intense nausea and migraine for 5 more days. What’s wrong with me?
